My name is Jenette Hougaard. I teach Secondary Math 1. I graduated from Brigham Young University many years ago, where I met my husband. We are the parents of 5 biological children and have been involved with refugee foster care for many years. I lived in Guatemala for a time, and have enjoyed returning and traveling through Central America. I enjoy playing volleyball and basketball and watching my kids do most everything they choose to participate in. When I have free time, I love to get lost in a book.
I enjoy teaching at UCAS, because our students are the best! It's a joy to teach at a school where students have chosen to come, knowing that they will have to work hard to achieve a significant goal.
